Happy Tuesday, the 12th Day of Christmas! This last project is fun and you can do so much with it. I found a styrofoam cone to use as the base to put all the dots on. I used lots of different DSPs that have Christmas designs on them. I used a 1" circle punch to get all the dots. I used double-sided tape to put a strip all the way around the cone and layered the dots in a row. I started at the bottom and worked my way up. This was my first try at this and the Stampin' Up! double-sided tape is a little thin for the texture of the cone so the circles took a lot of pressing to keep them on. I didn't curve the circles to make them wrap around the cone but I did press them on to get them to kind of wrap around. I put the designs on randomly with no clear pattern of the rows but I have seen it done with the rows with the same design. I decided that random was a fun way. Then I took glitter DSP to make a star and cover the top so you couldn't see the cone. This was fun to make and would make a cute decoration for Christmas.

Eleventh Day of Christmas!
Happy Late Monday, the 11th Day of Christmas! My second to last project for my 12 days of Christmas is a one piece of cardstock pizza box. When folded into a box it measures 3 inches by 3 inches. I used the Snowflake Magic DSP and the Sparkling Snowflakes stamp set. It is a straightforward box to cut and fold. The box is 1/2 inch deep and is good for the holiday. It is quick to put together too.

Tenth Day of Christmas!
Happy Sunday, the 10th day of Christmas! This is a fun treat project. Simple tall, square box. The top is where it gets fun, you score the rectangle into an X and then score a line in the middle on half the X. It is a little hard to explain without seeing how to make it close. This was my first attempt and the top is a little messy but I learned that the score lines for the X to make the top should be pretty deep without breaking through the paper. The colors are a little off on the photos but I used Daffodil Delight cardstock with DSP from the Merry Bold and Bright paper. This is a fun way to wrap a simple stocking stuffer or present for a coworker, friend, or even a family member.

Eighth Day of Christmas!
Happy Thursday, the 8th day of Christmas! For this card, I used a design from Gal Friday Mystery Card Monday. I used the O Holy Night DSP and Slate Gray cardstock. I also used the Winter Owls bundle. Since I wanted it to be more of a Christmas card I also used a sentiment from the Christmas Classics stamp set. This is a fun fold card that makes the season a little more exciting instead of just a standard design. It's still pretty simple to put together. You can also add a white-layer cardstock piece to the inside of any of the flaps to be able to write your own sentiment.

Seventh Day of Christmas!
Happy Monday, the 7th Day of Christmas! Another simple card with fun DSP with a few layers. The DSP was a little less busy so I added a bow that felt Christmasy. This paper is fun and I always think that Christmas lights make the holiday sparkle. the sentiment was perfect for this card. I used the Sparkling Snowflakes stamp set, the snowflakes were just pretty.
There are 5 days left of my 12 days of Christmas and I am going to add a couple projects that would make such wonderful Christmas treats and decorations. I am very excited to share them with you. Happy Crafting!

Sixth Day of Christmas!
Happy Sunday, the 6th day of Christmas! I am so sorry this is late, I was trying to catch up and I wasn't feeling great. I really enjoy simple but fun cards. This year the DSP in the new mini catalog are really fun this season. I look on Pinterest for card ideas and then put my own spin on them. Also when I try to duplicate a card it never comes out like the original card idea.
Since the DSP is so busy I didn't add any embellishments, I didn't want them to look out of place or even more busy. The extra matte layers add a little something, layers are always helpful with cards. To tie in the front of the card with the inside, I used scrap DSP to glue it onto the inside. Not to my fuss and just gluing everything together.

Fifth Day of Christmas!
Happy Thursday, the 5th Day of Christmas! I am sorry this is late but I had some things to take care of and needed to sleep. I again kept it simple. I wanted to keep it easy for the first few days, but I plan on adding more fun projects later in the week. This weekend I am going make a couple projects.
I used the Winter Owl stamp set and the Joyful DSP from the mini catalog. Simple and elegant is always a fun way to send Christmas cheer during this time of year. I just used red cardstock and Very Vanilla. I used the owl to go with the Music note DSP because I imagined the Owl singing at night. I also just love the owls so much.

Fourth Day of Christmas!
Happy Wednesday, the Fourth Day of Christmas! I used my mom's Mystery Card Monday design and made it into a Christmas card. This one was fun to make. I used the Deckled Rectangles to space out the sparkle DSP. I glued down the first layer and then popped up the other 2 layers. The DSP is glued down to a matte layer. I used the Christmas Classics stamp set. The inside was kept really simple with some spriggs and cranberries. For the front, I used 1 piece of DSP and placed the deckled rectangle dies on the piece taping them down with washi tape. The matte layer behind each layer is about a 1/8th of an inch bigger. This card is pretty simple to make and good for when you need to make lots of cards.

Second Day of Christmas!
Happy Monday, the 2nd day of my 12 days of Christmas. Today we are staying in the monochrome. The DSP retired snowflake paper. It looked good with Very Vanilla and Pool Party cardstock. This card is also simple without a lot of elements. There is only one layer that the DSP is glued to and I die-cut Spriggs to break up the blank space. Again the inside is 2 layers with a simple stamping from the Christmas Classics stamp set.

First Day of Christmas!
Happy Sunday, the 1st day of my 12 days of Christmas. I am going to show you simple, fun, and more complex Christmas cards and projects. I am going to make all types of things, it's going to be fun. Plus you'll be able to see all the diverse things you can make with Stampin' Up! products.
Today I'm starting with a really simple card. There is only a card base, one layer, and the top layer with 2 layers on the inside. I found the hardest part of this card was getting the DSP pattern straight and even. I glued the DSP down then I embossed that layer with the Merry Melody embossing folder. Adding a bow just added a little something.
This is such a simple card, 3 stamps from the Christmas Classics stamp set, glue, glue dot, and embossing. I used Real Red, Old Olive, and Basic White cardstock.

Mother/ Daughter Project Mystery Cards Day 10
Day 10
I am so sorry about not posting for a while, I haven't been feeling well and then my family went out of town. Instead of using one of my mom's PDFs, she has done, I made her Mystery Card Monday cards from this week and last week. For these cards, she gives general instructions and you pick whatever cardstock, DSP, and stamp set to make your own version of the cards. I used the Just My Type and Beautiful Balloons stamp sets.
The first card is a simple fun fold card, not the standard base measurements. I kept the whole card simple and gave this card to my husband for our anniversary. (We've been together 6 years and married for 3.5 years)

Mother/ Daughter Project Day 9 Beautiful Balloons
Day 9
These cards didn't really come out of a design from my mom. I picked the PDF I wanted to use, then picked the cardstock, DSP, and stamp set. These are the cards that came from choosing these products. I used Shimmery White, Parakeet Party, Tahitian Tide, and Basic White cardstock. Then I decided to use the Gold Celebrations Specialty DSP, there are two sides, gold, and silver, and I chose to use the polka dots. I used Polished Pink, Fresh Fresia, Daffodil Delight (stamped off), and Momento ink.
For the first card, I wasn't really sure what I was going to do. Seethrough paper is hard to use, also the DSP isn't paper it's like flexible plastic and pretty thick. I cut the base to be 11 x 4 1/4 and scored it at 5 1/2. The first layer of cardstock is the same measurements 5 1/8 x 4. I have discovered with Vellum and DSP like this glue dots are the easiest to use. It sticks well and you can't see it. The balloons I fussy cut out instead of using the coordinating dies and twine for the string of the balloon. Also used glue dots to keep the string in place.

Mother/ Daughter Project Day 8 Apple Harvest
Day 8
I was feeling a bit Fall today. I decided to use the Apple Harvest stamp set with Old Olive, Daffodil Delight, and Basic White cardstock. I used an old retired DSP for these cards, 1 piece both sides. I kept the basic design again for these cards, they were very simple but I had to change a couple things because I didn't have the products.
For the first card, I kept it really simple, just layered it up, and used the Deckled Rectangles for the centerpiece. I used the "Thanks for your Kindness" sentiment, mostly because it was the only one that fit. Then I stamped and color the apple because when you are nice to a teacher you bring them an apple. 😊 I just stamped a few flowers on the inside and I really like the hatch work stamp.
For the second card, I kept the design but I used the old paper embossing folder for the Basic White layer. I used the matte layer of the DSP because it looked best with the Old Olive and the little bit of Daffodil Delight cardstock. I stamped the branch of apples and added the small flowers to fill in the white space. I colored the images in Old Olive, Daffodil Delight, Calypso Coral, Flirty Flamingo, Crushed Curry, Crumb Cake, and Pale Papaya. For the inside, I kept it simple and glued a piece of DSP to the cardstock.
These cards were easy and fun. I enjoyed the fall feel because I am not enjoying the summer weather. My cards are always for sale and I will make personal cards as well. Contact me: asciolla.emma@gmail.com
