Fall Paper Pumpkin Alternative

This is my alternate card for the Paper Pumpkin of September. I also used the clear embossing technique for the leaves on the front. The card is 4.25 in by 4,25 in. The front layer is 4 in by 4 in. The green square under the pumpkin is 2 in by 2 in. I've used the colors from the neutrals card stock and very vanilla.

First embossing attempt

After finally getting my desk in the bedroom for my crafting I started making some stuff. This was my first attempt with embossing. I embossed the word "Cocktails" and the lines on the inside. As you can tell I have sprinkles of the powder around it. The key to keeping that off of your paper is to FLICK the back of the piece of paper with your fingers. A really good flick. The heat gun does curl the paper a bit as you heat it but it doesn't effect it too much. This was my breakout card with the new things that I got recently.

September Paper Pumpkin

This months Paper Pumpkin is so much fun. Fall is my favorite time of year and I do love Halloween even if I don't decorate for it. There are so many different options and you can make so many cards with the pieces that it comes with.

July Paper Pumpkin

This post is very late but this is the unboxing of Julys Paper Pumpkin. They always come with all the things you need to make the cards. It is such a great way to get into card making if you are not sure where to start.
