Nephews 7th Birthday

My nephew turned 7th this month and he wasn't able to have a party with his friends. But I wanted to make him a special card with my new dies and papers.

Card Chain

I have been trying to work on some things that my mom has giving me. Using some of the new equipment that I got. I've always made things that are simple design and straight to the point. I keep being told to add layers so that's what I've been trying to do. 

Quarantine Life

Living in Manhattan I live in the middle of the horribleness this country is going through. Not working and stuck in the house forever I've been trying to find things to do. With all this time and so many things I want to do its hard to wrap my head around the list of things to do. This of course is a great time to get my little card business up and running. I've made a card inspired by a design my mom has done, two bookmarks (because I figured out what one of my punches was for, Thank you mama), then a couple more cards that I was just trying to come up with and use my fancy paper and stamps. Just trying out some designs and work on different things. Hope you enjoy.

So I haven't disappeared. I have been working a lot and I got married 3 weeks ago. I also have been a little uninspired by the stamps that I have. Then everything started happening in the world. Everyone is staying home and shouldn't be going out. I got the idea that it would be a good idea to make cards saying "thinking of you" and "here for you" so you're able to check on your family members and friends with beautiful sentiments. It isn't really hard for me to just stay inside because I am used to just going to work and coming home. To keep myself sane and not panic over what is going on I decided that I am going to use this time that I am not allowed to go to work and work on my business.
